India's first generation of digital natives, or Gen Z, appears to be suffering and need to be re-energized. Nearly 71% of this generation — those between the ages of 18 and 25 - say they are merely surviving or flat-out struggling, states the report
Other findings also describe that since the pandemic, GenZ has been struggling with the work-from-home and are often challenged with work satisfaction levels and efficiency. Lifestyle imbalance, burnout on work front, excessive tech consumptions have been major factors of stress.
For the GenZ, socializing is an important aspect of their lifestyle, and the lockdowns & quarantines has challenged their well-being. Being emotionally balanced is imperative to the generation.
