India's first generation of digital natives, or Gen Z, appears to be suffering and need to be re-energized. Nearly 71% of this generation — those between the ages of 18 and 25 - say they are merely surviving or flat-out struggling, states the report
Other findings also describe that since the pandemic, GenZ has been struggling with the work-from-home and are often challenged with work satisfaction levels and efficiency. Lifestyle imbalance, burnout on work front, excessive tech consumptions have been major factors of stress.
